·       TICKET MANAGEMENT – Close tickets in bulk and apply a closing comment in the process

·       TICKET MANAGEMENT – Display resolution comment on ticket grid to aide in bulk closing

·       TICKET MANAGEMENT – Display SLA due dates on ticket grid and allow filtering by overdue, due today, due by

·       NEW REPORT – Report on percentage of tickets within SLA for first response time over duration

·       NEW REPORT – Report on percentage of tickets within SLA for resolution time over duration

·       TICKET ATTACHMENTS – Allow for additional file types for ticket attachments with larger file sizes

·       NOTIFICATIONS – Notify a Follower when added to ticket
