INCLUDED IN THIS RELEASE:

• Insert an approval workflow before tickets are started

• Change ticket statuses from an automation rule

• Create new automation rules for when tickets are updated with 2 new conditions (Assignee and Status)

• Auto-close tickets based on the Conditions of your choosing

• Add "Followers" (Users, Techs, and Admins) directly to a ticket for additional notifications

• Search for tickets by Tag and Serial Number

• Additional Tech permissions including Closing Tickets and Assignment Actions

• Improved Survey module integrations
