Outstanding Tags to Receive – Dashboard Panel Update:  Users may customize their dashboard view to show the number of tags still to be received across the district or at an individual site.   Admin View     Site View 

Tag Status – Lost or Stolen Fields:  Gives the ability for the district to require a Police Report # and Attachment when a Tag Status is changed to Lost or Stolen. Click here

Tag Status – Set Approvals – Inventory Management Settings:   Administrative administrators may enable a setting to require a Police Report # and Attachment when a Tag Status is changed to Lost or Stolen. Click here

Associate to Purchase Order – Existing Product Line:  Allows site administrators to quickly associate an initialized tag to a specific product line on a Purchase Order.   Admin View     Site View 

Transfers – Untagged Assets Identifier:  Allows users, in the site view, to provide a unique identifier for untagged inventory on a transfer. Click here

Bulk Room to Room Transfer – Site View:  Site administrators are able to perform Bulk Room to Room transfers from the Tags grid. Click Here

Rooms – Merge:  Allows site administrators to perform a full process of transferring inventory, staff associations, and inactivation in one action called Room Merge. Click here

User Role Permissions – Edit Products on District Purchase Order:  Administrators in the administrative view may enable site administrators to edit products on a purchase order created in the administrative view. Click here
