Change Product Numbers on Tags:  Allows administrators in the administrative view to edit the product number of a line item on a purchase order. Administrators are walked through a process to ensure custom fields are reconciled accurately. Click here

User Permissions – Administrative:  The addition of a new permission template for administrative users. Allowing for a district to limit or expand the permissions of an administrative user, including Bulk Edit modifications. Click here

Transfers Designated Sites:  Allows administrators in the administrative view to restrict a site from receiving inventory through transfers. When the setting is enabled, the designated site will not be viewable by others for a site to site transfer. Click here  (See Notes at the bottom of the Help page.)

Tags – Bulk Edit – Status/Archive:  

Statuses – Site view administrators, with Tag Edit Permissions, can Bulk Edit status changes from the Tags’ Grid. Click here

Archive – Administrators in the administrative view, while bulk status changing, have the capability to bulk Archive tags from the Tags’ Grid. Click here

Reports:

Full Charge Receipt – Accessed from the site view by administrators and users. The report is located under the Charges tab of a staff/student account and displays a full listing of charges associated with the staff/student. Staff Link    Student Link

Product Line Listing Report – All users who have view access to the Purchasing Grid are able to access the report. Allows users to view a list of all products on purchase orders within a single report. Click here
