Archive Staff

  • From the Admin view, administrative administrators are able to set large groups of staff to Inactive. The feature has been combined with the Inventory and Student Archiving features located under Tools > Quick Links menu.

  • Archive – Staff: The Archive Staff feature allows for groups of staff members to be set to Inactive. Filtering options include site(s), staff type(s) and grade(s). Click here 

Staff Homeroom - Association

  • From the site view, a room can be assigned as a homeroom for staff and is accessible by both site administrators and site users.

  • Staff Homeroom Association – Adding Staff: The Staff Homeroom Association field allows site level users and administrators to associate staff members directly to a room within the application. Associating staff to a room helps with physically locating the staff member on a campus and the items issued to the staff member. Click here

  • Rooms – Staff Tab:  The Staff tab displays the staff assigned to the room, for homeroom association. Users are able to assign, remove and bulk reassign staff to the room from here. Click here

  • Rooms Reports – Inventory Worksheet:  Provides a listing of the items within each room and their respective details including Tag, Product Name, Model, Product Type, Other #1/Assigned To, Serial, and Price. While running the report, selecting Include Inventory Assigned to Staff in Room replaces the Other #1 column with the Assigned To column. The Assigned To column displays the Staff Member(s) associated with the room inventory. Click here

Tags: Funding - Associate to a Purchase Order

  • A Tag’s Funding information is editable from the Tag Information window by administrative and site level users. In addition, administrative administrators are able to associate a tag to an existing purchase order through the Associate to a Purchase Order feature.

  • Edit a Tag – Funding Information: Administrative level users and site users are able to edit a tag’s Funding Information within the Tag Information window. Editing a tag’s Funding Information is available to tags with a Source of Initial, and the user will need to be logged into the site the tag is located.  Admin View   Site View 

  • Edit a Tag – Associate to a Purchase Order:  Administrative administrators are able to conduct the Associate to a Purchase Order under the Funding Information section within the Tag Information window. The process allows for the association of a tag to a purchase order for tags with a Source of Initial. The user will need to be logged into the site the tag is located. Click here 

  • Administrative administrators have the capability to add email notifications for funding sources.

  • Funding Source – Email Notifications for Transfers: Allows for administrative administrators to input e-mail addresses for funding sources. A nightly notification is sent to the specified e-mails if at least one tag with the funding source is submitted on a transfer for the day. Click here


Assign Staff to Multiple Homerooms

The Homeroom field allows site level users and administrators to associate staff members directly to a room within the application. Associating staff to a room helps physically locate the staff member and their issued items. Staff members who instruct in several locations in a building are associated to multiple homerooms to track the inventory for each room.

1.     Click on , located on the top navigation bar.

2.     Locate the respective staff member.

3.     Click on Edit on the respective staff member’s row. The grid expands.

4.     Click on the Room icon next to the Homeroom field. The Rooms page opens.

5.     Filter to find the respective room.

6.     Click on the respective row to expand the grid.

7.     Click the Staff tab.
