Additional Enhancements
Charge Types – Inactive: Add an ‘active’ condition for charge types. Click here
Manufacturer – Delete: Delete Manufacturers not assigned to any product, both active and inactive. Click here
Profile Settings – Edit Password: Add in a ‘Profile Settings’ area, which will allow the user to edit their existing password. Admin View – Site View
Rooms – Inventory Details Grid: Display additional details on the Rooms Grid that shows all tags inside a room. Click here
Sites – Transfer Summary Report: Site report which calculates the amount of inventory shipped and received at a site. Click here
Staff – Staff to Staff Inventory Transfer: Provide functionality that allows for ‘Staff to Staff Inventory Transfer’. Click here
Staff – Deactivation Process: A Quick Collect process on the Staff grid lets administrators collect inventory to a room or transfer to another site. An e-mail notification is generated to communicate a quick transfer process. Click here
Tags – Audit Last Scan Date: Allow admins to view the last audit scan date of a tag from the Tags Grid and all corresponding reports. Admin view – Site View – Tag Export
Tags – Delete A Tag: A ‘delete’ tag action is available when records meet specific criteria. Click here
Audits - Staff & Students
Audits – Found Sync: Allows administrators in the administrative view to select a District Setting which Allows for manual synchronization of Found Items Across Open Audits that have been Reconciled. Click here
The Found Sync function is accessible from the site view under the Audits Grid. When selected it will synchronize all open audits across the district; cross-checking tags across all open audits which have been marked as misplaced and then reconciled to ignore. If any tags are also marked as missing on another open audit, these tags will be added to the found sync list with the current audit. When conducting the found sync, the tags on the current audit, are updated from missing to found. A pdf report is available for review and to print. Click here
Audits – Reconcile – Usability Improvements:
Selection Checkboxes – A new checkbox option has been added next to each tag within the Reconcile Audits Grid. This option is helpful when selecting tags to bulk reconcile. Click here
Tag Status Filter and Sort – A new Tag Status field displays under the filter panel on the Reconcile Audits Grid. The multi-select dropdown allows for filtering of multiple statuses, including a Check All action. The column displays within the Blue Grid header as Tag Status. Click here (See Notes in Help page)
Audit Details Report – Previously, the report displayed Site and Tag Information before displaying actual audit data. An update has been made to allow for the output to be arranged by Audit Information first. When a user selects the report, a settings window opens with the option to Arrange by Audit Information. The column header Status now displays as Tag Status. Click here
Transfers - Digital Signature
A signature process has been added for the transfer process when a user is accepting or receiving inventory shipments.
Administrative Administrators may enable the Digital Signature requirement under District Settings.
District Settings – Inventory Management-Transfers (Admin): Districts have the ability to require digital signatures for both the initiate and receive transfer process in order to proceed with a transfer. Click here
Initiate Site to Site Transfer: A digital signature will be required when initiating a transfer. Click here
Receive a Site to Site Transfer: A digital signature will be required when receiving a transfer. Click here
Site to Site Transfer-Transfer Ticket: The transfer ticket has been updated to include the digital signatures. Click here
