Follow steps below to implement and gain the foundational knowledge for your application(s).

Between the linked Resources and training, you’ll work to configure your application in the manner that will work best for you.

Step 1: To begin - complete and submit configuration documents to your Implementations Manager.

Required document:

* Return this document to your Implementations Manager via email.

Step 2: Complete and submit Student Information System (SIS) documents to your Implementations Manager.

* You will Receive these document from your Implementations Manager via email.


Step 3: Data Conversion

  • If you have 1:1 assignments, data conversion is depended on your SIS integration mentioned in step 2.

  • You will begin work on preparing for your data conversion right way.

  • View your application data conversion content (link below).

  • Your Implementation Manager will work through the process with you.

Step 4: Prepare to enroll participants in the Frontline Portal

*If you have purchased training, get a jump start by reviewing the Frontline Portal Content first.

Learning in the Frontline Portal (Learning Management System) gives the flexibility you need to gain necessary knowledge of the Help Desk application.

Step 4.1: Review the Portal User/Role List (button) below.

Instructional Materials Mgmt Portal Learning Paths:

District And Campus View Learning Paths Available.      

Asset Mgmt. Portal Learning Paths:

Admin and Site view learning paths Available.

  • Email Address in column J Defines who will receive the reporting. Defined as “manager”

    • Manager” reporting includes: User completion status of required Basics learning plan(s) within the district.

Below,  find the Learning Roles for each application.

Asset Management

Roles:

  • Admin View – ability to control application settings and view all sites within district

  • Site View – limited visibility to sites (Campus) assigned to that user. Has limited functionality based on what was setup by Admin

Instructional Materials Management

Roles

  • Admin View – has the ability to maintain district counts and maintain user access

  • Site View (Campus View) – a reduced functionality blocking access to the user management page, the closing page and ability to delete instructional materials


Step 5: Complete and Email the Poral User/role File to your Implementations Manager.

To enroll users download, save and email your Implementation Manager the Portal User Role List.

Within 2 business days, you will receive an invitation to Frontline Portal training.

Make sure you ask your local IT department to add the email portal-no-reply@frontlineed.com to your safe list.

Step 6: Download your application Self-Paced Learning Plan (Coming Soon)

*Use along side the Frontline Portal learning and for continual maintenance of the application.


Refer to and use your application Learning Plan to track your progress.
