TIPWeb-IT 10.5 Release Features 

  • Site View Issue to Students: Site role users, with proper permissions, can now issue any asset in inventory to any student in the district, performing an asset site transfer automatically.

  • Admin View Issue to Students: Admin role users, with proper permissions, can now issue any asset in inventory to any student in the district, performing an asset site transfer automatically.

  • Issue/Collect by Serial Number: Now issue or collect an asset using the serial number, in addition to tag number.

  • Tags Grid Updates: Grade level and emails have been added to the tags grid at the Admin view and Site view.

  • Returned Devices Reporting: Admin view and Site view can report all assets that have been returned from students and staff over a period of time.

  • Receive Transfer by Serial Number: Users can now receive transferred assets by serial number, in addition to tag number.

  • District Settings Update - Auto Transfer Student Inventory Setting: Disallow funding source restricted tags from moving via the Auto Transfer Student Inventory Data setting.
