Enhancements 6.4.0.0 - Audits
Staff/Student Audits
Audits now allow for auditing staff and students. The reconciliation process allows for assets to be reconciled immediately when there is a direct location mismatch.
All users will be able to access staff and student audits, either through setup, conducting or reconciling the audit.
Select links below to access step-by-step instructions:
Initiate Site Audit (Admin View): allows district initiated audits to include staff or students, so are able to customize an audit to account for inventory assigned to individuals.
Conduct Site Audit: can scan tags associated to a Room, Staff and/or Student and quickly identify missing items, misplaced items, and update the location of misplaced items while auditing.
Complete District Requested Audit: can finalize, deny and/or approve a District Initiated Audit.
Reconcile Audits (Admin View): can reconcile assets on a staff or student audit, to ignore or collect assets that were not reconciled during the audit itself.
Audit Reports: can view the summary report for all staff and student audits, to communicate the results of audits performed on individuals at the site. Audits: Overview and Audits: Site Overview
