Length: 16:26

Application instruction begins @ 3:50 minutes

Additional Question Answered:

Q: If Damage Charges Are Satisfied By The Campus Administrator, How Can The Campus Textbook Coordinator Get A Record Of That Transaction?

A: When Payment Is Made And/Or Charges Satisfied, Save The Transaction, Then You Have The Option Of Printing A “Charge History Report” Within The Same Screen. This Will Have The Charges, Payment(S), Charge Satisfied Info, And Notes Attached To Any Of The Transactions.

This Information Is Also Available In The “Charge Report” And “Student Transaction Receipt”, Printed Either From The Individual Student Quick Reports Or The Reports Section.

Charges Can Be Assessed Through The Student Section, Quick Entry (As Book Is Collected), Or Find A Book (Search By Accession). Charges Are Attached To The Student Record, Not The Accession (Textbook), So The Damages Should Be Manually Noted In The Textbook.
