Admin and Site View sessions ~ Attendance is unlimited!

Admin view Session 1 & 2 (1.5hrs each)
Description: these sessions will cover how to configure your application, maintain data integrity and Standardization, enter new assets, edit and transfer assets, issuing to staff and students and custom reporting. session 2 will pick up where we leave off on session 1

Recommended Audience: Administrative staff responsible for application setup, ordering/receiving assets, shipping to sites, managing asset disposal/repair, and reporting.

Site View Sessions 1 (1.5hrs)
Description: In Session one, participants Learn how to navigate through the application; issue, collect, transfer, assess charges, manage assets; and report on data collected.

Recommended Audience: is For Site staff responsible for application administration and for inventory assignments to individuals.

Asset Management Basics/Refresher - Open Q&A Sessions
After you have completed the live implementation series above, bring your questions to a live Q&A session!

Description: Q&A sessions will focus on questions submitted by about the basic use of the asset management software or how the district might utilize the software to address a certain process or procedure. there is no preset agenda, so the session will end at 1hr or when there are no further questions submitted.
